The First-Year Success Institute is a summer colloquium to provide various opportunities and activities that assist to build a strong academic foundation for students' collegiate careers. These seminars will provide fundamental skills to enable students to enhance their individual learning aptitude. Participants will enhance their cognitive, personal, and professional development, recognize and utilize their strengths to make meaningful connections related to their academics, understand how to manage stress and practice decision making skills, and learn how to be a competitive participant in the global society. FSI is held during the summer B term.
