Minor Description

The IT General minor is aimed at providing an basic understanding of the significant concepts underlying Information Technology while enabling the student to specialize by choosing four elective topics. Available electives encompass a wide spectrum of topics such as programming, networking, web design, human-computer interface and security management.

Core Information

This Information Technology General minor is a 15-credit hour program that is open to all students, except for Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering majors, who meet the prerequisites listed.
