The minor in Behavioral Healthcare is available to students interested
in pursuing a career in the field of behavioral health in conjunction
with any undergraduate major. It should be particularly beneficial to
persons majoring in disciplines such as psychology, social work,
sociology, anthropology, gerontology, long term care administration,
pre-med, criminology, and nursing.
MHS 4425 Field Experience in Behavioral Healthcare* (P.R. MHS 3411/4002/4408)
A student completing a field placement in Psychology, Social Work, or other human services discipline may request an exemption (from the advisor) from MHS 4425 and may substitute an approved elective.
